4 Months Old

Jack is 4 months old today! He weighs 16lb., 11oz. and is 24...25 inches?? Who can really tell with a squirmy baby! He's loaded with smiles, especially for Daddy. He can hold his head up while on his tummy, although only for a few seconds before he rolls onto his back. He's close to sitting up - he can do it while propped up with pillows or while leaning forward (almost folded in half!!). He's definitely teething and mostly uses the side of his index finger to chew on. He's starting to be able to hold onto toys which will help. Today I went to the neighbor's with Jack in the Baby Bjorn carrier for the first time and he did really well. He'll be eating solid food and crawling before we know it!!

The elephant blanket in the background was made by my neighbor Kris (Jasper's mom). It's sooo cozy & Jack loves to snuggle in it.
